After launching my blog, www.iscentyouday.com back in 2013, I haven’t looked back. As I was growing my blog in the first year, I was also working as a Local Editor for Mumsnet covering Gwent, where I increased traffic by 1,300% in one year.
In 2016 I was The Perfume Society Blogger of The Month, and in 2017 I was a finalist in the Best Digital Media Experience category at the Fragrance Foundation Jasmine Awards, held at BAFTA. In 2018, I was delighted to be a finalist again in the Best Short Piece Category, being pipped to the post by a journalist from Harper’s Bazaar.
I already had clients that I had written for and boosted on social media, and when the demand for this increased, launching Sam Scriven Media felt like the perfect fit.
I have worked with perfume brands, PR companies, skincare companies, luxury lingerie start-ups, authors and Shopify and eBay businesses
I have also been called upon to contribute articles to WOW Beauty and My Beauty Matches, been featured on the Library of Fragrance UK website, quoted on Escentual.com, and was recently profiled in The Perfume Society in The Scented Letter Magazine, as a blogger to watch.
In my spare time, I am writing a children’s novel, volunteering as a school governor, and raising our two sons on what seems to be a diet of football with my husband here in Wales.
When you sign up as a client with Sam Scriven Media, you get a social media manager who has been out there for six years and is ready to get you out there too. So drop me a line today and let’s get you in front of your future customers.
